Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding of Information Technology landscape of clients and OEMs
• Developing and sustaining long lasting relationships with OEMs
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key OEM needs and requirements.
• Will be the main point of contact between key OEMs and internal teams.
• Communicating and collaborating with all the departments/teams to ensure that key OEMs’ needs are met
• Compiling reports on OEM progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
• Developing a thorough understanding of key OEM’s needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
• First point of contacts in resolving all issues and problems faced by OEM and deal with all complaints
• Work with OEMs to generate inbound leads and register outbound leads in a timely manner
• Get pre-sales support from OEMs for both bid and requirement response as well as proactive prospecting to customers
• Ensure latest product training is provided by the OEM to the Team 1 technical and sales teams
• Get L2 and L3 support from OEMs for customer issues in conjunction with sales and technical teams
• Get marketing and sales collateral from OEMs
• Get support from OEMs in terms of marketing events for both digital and offline channels
• Ensure support from OEMs to get certifications for the teams at Team 1

Requirements & Skills:

• Should have enterprise sales experience in IT (not necessary for fresh graduates)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Quick problem solving and decision making
• A learning mindset and ability to follow processes and contribute to improve processes.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi task in a high-functioning environment
• Ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional environment

Educational Qualifications:

• BBA/BCA/BE/B.Tech
• MBA/MCA
• Location – Will be based out of Noida
