Key Account Manager – IT
Location: Noida
Experience : 6-8 Years ( IT Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of Information Technology landscape of clients
  • Developing and sustaining long lasting relationships with clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Ability to generate requirement and driving the client engagement to close the deal.
  • Will be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Supervising the sales teams assigned to each key client
  • Communicating and collaborating with all the departments/teams to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • First point of contacts in resolving all issues and problems faced by customers and deal with all complaints
Requirements & Skills:
  • Should have enterprise sales experience in IT.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Quick problem solving and decision making.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi task in a high-functioning environment.
Educational Qualifications:
  • BBA/BCA/BE/B.Tech
  • MBA/MCA
  • Location – Will be based out of Noida
